The tile cleaning
process starts by lowering the water level a few inches
below the water line. In most cases the pool doesn’t need to
be completely drained unless specifically requested by the
pool owner. We can empty the pool water for an additional
charge.
We use state of the art equipment that combines high
pressure water and an environmentally-friendly mild abrasive
mineral that gently removes calcium, mold, mildew and hard
water deposits from your pool’s surface. This abrasive is
aggressive enough to remove the toughest deposits, but
gentle enough to not damage the grout or scratch the tile
glaze. The pool water chemistry will not affected by this
cleaning process.
After the cleaning process is completed, we wash down the
restored tile to remove any remaining abrasive media. The
deck surrounding the pool is also rinsed off.
The media is vacuumed out of the pool into our portable
filtration system. Some material will remain suspended in
the pool water for 1 to 2 days until it is filtered out.
This media product is made for cleaning pool tile and will
not harm your pool equipment.
